1. Acceptance of terms
By using CrewText, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. CrewText is a software tool for landscaping businesses to log crew work, match jobs by location, and draft invoices.
2. Account and responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials, the accuracy of customer and job data, and compliance with applicable laws. You must obtain any required consent from your customers and crew before sending them messages or invoices through the service.
3. Fees and balance
CrewText operates on a prepaid balance. Fees are deducted as events occur, such as text messages sent or received, invoices sent, and new customer setup. If your balance reaches zero, message intake and invoice sending may pause until you add funds. Fees and balance are shown in your dashboard.
4. Service availability
We aim to keep CrewText available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
5. Limitation of liability
CrewText is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
By providing your mobile number and giving consent, you agree to receive text messages from CrewText on behalf of the landscaping company you work for or receive service from. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of employment.
What we send. Crew members receive job logging confirmations, location check-in links, and occasional questions about a job. Customers receive job updates, invoices, and payment reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency. Crew members typically receive one confirmation for each job they text in, roughly 1–10 messages per work day. Customers typically receive one invoice message per month, plus up to one payment reminder per week while an invoice remains unpaid.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. CrewText does not charge you to receive messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation, and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to resume.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email crewtextmail@gmail.com.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
Privacy. Mobile phone numbers and information gathered through SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
