1. Information we collect

We collect account information (name, email, company details), customer and job data you enter or import, crew text messages, GPS check-in coordinates, and invoice details. We also collect standard usage data needed to operate the service.

2. How we use information

We use your data to match crew reports to customer jobs, generate invoices, manage your prepaid balance, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information. We only share data with subprocessors needed to run CrewText (for example, our hosting provider and SMS/email delivery services).

3. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Some data may be retained for legal or billing purposes.

3a. Mobile numbers and text messaging

We do not share or sell mobile numbers. Mobile phone numbers and any information gathered through SMS consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are used only to deliver the CrewText service, and are disclosed solely to the messaging provider that transmits the message on our behalf.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Crew members typically receive a confirmation reply for each job text they send (roughly 1–10 messages per work day). Customers typically receive one invoice message per month, plus up to one weekly payment reminder while an invoice remains unpaid.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so we encourage strong passwords and careful access management.
